  Please note that we will not, under any circumstance, accept a request for a refund, partial or full because a product is advertised for sale at a lower price on the website that on a previous day when you placed an order.
Our prices may vary depending on stock levels of an item but are accurate at the time of order.
Do I have to pay V.A.T?
  Yes. All our products and charges are for mainland UK only and subject to 20% V.A.T.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will I be charged for the goods ordered?
  Authorisation and payment is completed as part of the online order which will be completed one working day before despatch of your goods.
When will I receive a credit for returned goods?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
