Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you wish to make any amendment to your order you must contact our customer service team the same working day on which you place the order. After this time the order may have been despatched and changes will not be possible.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  If you have not received your delivery within the expected timescales please contact our customer service team who will investigate.
An item is missing or incorrect on my shipment.
  If you have any problems with the goods that you have received including missing items, items which may have been damaged in transit or any other problem please contact our customer service team within two working days of receipt of the items
Can I backorder products?
  Due to the nature of the Outlet store further supply of some items cannot be guaranteed and in the event that there is a problem with the availability of an item you will be contacted by our customer service team
